Deviprasad Rao founded Renesse Management Consultants LLP as an advisory firm to support conglomerates in corporate real estate development and align with India's growth trajectory towards a USD 6 trillion economy by CY 2030.
Known as DP in the industry, he brings over 27 years of experience across corporate and residential real estate. He has worked with leading firms including Ascendas, CapitaLand, CBRE, Total Environment, and Vestian Global.
Prior to establishing Renesse, DP led the Corporate Real Estate Leasing function for India Business Parks at CapitaLand for over 11 years. During this period, he played a key role in expanding CapitaLand’s portfolio from 12 million sq. ft. to over 26 million sq. ft., with experience across India's top six markets – Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Navi Mumbai, and Pune.
DP has led leasing engagements with major IT/ITES companies such as Cognizant, HCL, Hexaware, Infosys, L&T Mindtree (LTM), and TCS, as well as large global capability centers (GCCs) including ANSR, Applied Materials, AT&T, BDO, Bristol Myers Squibb, Caterpillar, Deloitte, ExxonMobil, Incedo, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Société Générale, Vestas, and Walmart – and over 240 corporate occupiers.
DP is a qualified Civil Engineer with an MBA from Somaiya Institute of Management, Mumbai, and an Executive MBA from IIM Lucknow. He is based in Bengaluru with his family.
